William A. Creutz, Jr., of Taylor Michigan passed away September 11, 2022. Bill was born on May 29, 1936 to William A Creutz and Eleanor Creutz in Lincoln Park. On February 2, 1956, he married Beverly LaFramboise. They had four children together. Beloved husband of Beverly Creutz. Loving father of Vicki Creutz (Jack Timchak), Todd (Evie) Creutz, Michael (Nancy Jo) Creutz, and Matthew (Derry) Creutz. Proud grandfather of Paul Amado (Linda Tran), Brian Amado (Reilly Reiss), Brityn Creutz (Brandon), Baron Creutz, Madison Creutz (Tracy Robertson), Cara Creutz, Nicole (Josh) Levy, Jessica (Nick Prange), Chad (Laura) Creutz, Abby (Brandon) Adams, Joshua Creutz (Emily Hassfurther), Nikolas (Samantha) Martin, Melanie (Max) Hopf and Zach (Rachel) Arp . Proud great grandfather of ten. Dear brother of Larry (Bonnie) Creutz. He is survived by many nieces, nephews and other loving family members. He is preceded in death by his loving parents, William A. Creutz and Eleanor Creutz and his dear brother, Gerald Creutz.
He proudly served his country in the United States Air Force. He retired from Amerisure Insurance Company. He played fast pitch softball until he was in his 40’s. He loved his children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. He has a love for all children, he would read to the preschoolers at Christ the King Lutheran School and taught Sunday school. He will be remembered for his sense of humor and his laughter. He respected everyone and would treat everyone and anyone the same. He loved people. If he wasn’t playing with his grandchildren, he would have his nose in a book. As a lifetime member of Christ the King Lutheran Church, he was the last surviving charter member. He was loved by all.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in memory of Bill to Christ the King Lutheran Church and School.
