He was born Tuesday July 14th 1953 in Trenton Michigan he was preceded in death by his parents Harmer and Anna Sarven Sargent, brother Harmer "Sarge" Sargent, Sister Matilda Rae "Sue" (Sargent) Adkins, sister Sheila Kay Scott. He is survived by his wife Glema Sargent, daughter Amy White, Son Walter Lee Sargent Jr, son-in-law Richard Carl White, daughter-in-law Nickole Sargent, he is also survived by six grandchildren, as well as one great-grandchild.
