Virginia M. Hertzsch

Born May 17, 1926 in Toledo, Virginia was the daughter of Tracy and Bernadine (Morrin) Soleau. She married the love of her life, Carl "Skip" Hertzsch on June 26, 1948 in Maumee, Ohio. Sadly he preceded her in death April 2, 2015. A graduate of Monroe High School, Virginia dedicated her life to her family as a full time homemaker. Virginia leaves to cherish her memory a daughter: Kathy (Timothy) Berns of Monroe; granddaughters: Sarah Berns and Amy (Jack) Schneider; great grandson Trey Laidler; a brother Thomas (Raquel) Soleau of El Paso, Texas and a sister Sue (Arnold) Metdepenningen of Monroe. In addition to her husband, Virginia was also preceded in death by a son Tracy Hertzsch and three brothers: Francis Soleau, James Soleau and Richard Soleau The family is very grateful for the loving care given to Virginia, and would like to thank the staff of Fountainview. Those wishing to make a memorial contribution in Virginia's honor are asked to consider Fountainview of Monroe.
