Virginia "Ginnie" Butzlaff

Virginia "Ginnie" was born on May 28, 1946 in Detroit, Michigan and died on November 24, 2018 at Beaumont Hospital in Dearborn at the age of 72; she was of Allen Park. Beloved wife of the late Richard "Dick". Cherished mom and grandma of Michel (Jeana) Butzlaff and their children Gideon, Autumn, Gabby and Dominic and of Lisa Butzlaff (Silvia Enea) and their son Jacob and to her granddog Bruno. Dearest sister of David, Sr. (Sharon) Ryder. Also survived by her sister-in-law Evy Ryder as well as many other loving family and friends. Preceded in death by her parents Charles A. and Marie F. (nee: Goble) Ryder and one brother Robert Ryder. Virginia graduated from Allen Park High School in 1964 and earned her Bachelor's Degree from the University of Michigan. She loved teaching dance and retired from the American Dance Academy. Her family and grandchildren were her love in life and she enjoyed traveling, football, sewing, and playing card games. A memorial service is scheduled for Saturday, December 1; please refer to Service Information tab for time and location.
