Troy Stephen Mcgee

Troy Stephen McGee was born on October 25, 1972 in Farmington Hills, Michigan and died on October 31, 2021 at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, MI at the age of 49; he was currently of Southgate and formerly of Detroit.  Beloved son of Dawn McGee.  Dearest brother of Scott (Joelle) Allman.  Cherished fiancé of Laura Asher.  Loving step dad of Gloria (Bradley) Kanthack.  Proud grandpa of Samuel Kanthack.  Dearest nephew of Irene Standen and dearest cousin of Laura, Paul and Amy.  He will be missed by his co-workers who he considered family.  Troy was employed for 27 years at PrimeSource in Taylor, MI.  He was a proud American who loved cars, gadgets and collecting movies; he was also a sports fan.  There is a memorial gathering on Saturday, November 6, 2021 from 2 pm – 7 pm with a Celebration of Life Service on Saturday, November 6, 2021 at 5 pm; all at The Allen Park Chapel of The Martenson Family of Funeral Homes, 10915 Allen Rd. (Corner of Goddard).  Memorial contributions to honor Troy’s life may be made as the donor chooses.
