Beloved brother of Tammy (Tom) Moore and Nicole Slaight. Loving son of Sherry Slaight, the late Charles Shanks, and the late Allen Slaight. Grandson of Pauline and the late Fred Epley, Margie and the late Roy Shanks, and the late Marion Slaight. He leaves behind many loving relatives including aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. Todd proudly served his country in the United States Marine Corps and dedicated his career towards serving the Federal Government.
