Thomas M. Afetian

Thomas Michael Afetian was born on August 30, 1938 in New York and died on December 1, 2019 at his home at the age of 81; he was of Taylor. Beloved husband of 50 years to Val. Cherished dad of David, Brian and Angela. Proud grandpa of David (Kelsey), Thomas, Brian, Jake and Garrett. Dearest brother of Rosemary and Richard (Sandy). Also survived by other loving family and friends. Preceded in death by his parents John and Margaret (nee: Hokhold) Afetian. Visitation is on Wednesday, December 4, 2019 from 3 – 8 pm at The Allen Park Chapel of The Martenson Family of Funeral Homes, 10915 Allen Rd. (Corner of Goddard). The service is on Thursday, December 5, 2019 at 10 am at Saint Sarkis Armenian Apostolic Church, 19300 Ford Road, Dearborn, MI 48128 followed by interment at Woodmere Cemetery, Detroit, MI. Memorial contributions to honor Thomas’ life may be made as the donor chooses.
