Theresa Ann Deblock

Theresa Ann DeBlock was born on March 2, 1972 in Dearborn, Michigan and died on April 20, 2016 at Henry Ford Wyandotte Hospital. Cherished mom of Leonard. Loving daughter of Carrie DeBlock and the late Dennis DeBlock. Dearest sister of Michael (Lisa) DeBlock, Shawn DeBlock and the late Kimberly DeBlock. Loving aunt of Savanna, Krystal and Michael as well as other nieces and nephews. Also survived by other family and friends. A Memorial Gathering will be on Monday, April 25, 2016 from 11 am until 2 pm at Simple Funerals Ballheim Chapel, 4120 West Jefferson, Ecorse, MI 48229.
