Born in Clairborn Coutny, Tennessee, Thelma was the daughter of Ruby lee Sandifur. A dedicated homemeker she also had been a Beautician. Thelma enjoyed crocheting, shopping, watching Soap Operas, especially General Hospital. She loved animals.
Thelma leaves to cherish her memory her daughters: Kimberly Minney and Kristy Minney.
