Teresa Marie McAdams-Lytle. Age 64 of Wyandotte. Loving mother of David Michael Lett and Jessica (Jeff Miller) West-Boik. Proud grandmother of David Lett, Jr., Isaiah Boik, Jordan Boik, Noah Boik and Aaliyah Boik. Survived also by her one true love Robert Travis West. Dear sister of Scheryal (Brian) Valentine and Michael (Amy) McAdams. Preceded in death by her parents Charles and JoAnn McAdams, her brother Charles "Chuckie" McAdams and her nephew Jonathon Michael McAdams. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made directly to her daughter Jessica West-Boik.
