A video tribute will be added, please check back. Tara Herrera, of Ecorse, formerly of Southwest Detroit, passed away July 19, 2022. Loving mom of Taya McClellan, Tamara McClellan, Quinton McClellan, Thalia McClellan, Tiara McClellan and Rodrigo McClellan. Loving Mimi of Elaina West and Aiyana West. Cherished sister of Terry McClellan. Beloved daughter of Rebecca Herrera and Terry McClellan. She is preceded in death by her godfather “nino” Moses Herrera, her great grandmothers Maria Herrera and Juanita McClellan. Tara was a proud owner of Mommy Dearest Designs where she took great pride in her work in making t-shirt and organizing birthday party decorations. She also enjoyed gardening especially her sunflowers, herbs and vegetables.
