Stephen Michael Wolsh

Wolsh, Stephen Michael died peacefully in his home on March 14, 2016 surrounded by family. Stephen was born in Detroit, Michigan on December 26, 1929. He was preceded in death by his parents, Andrew and Henrietta Wolsh; his sisters, Barbara and Anna; the mother of his two children, Jean Wolsh; and his granddaughter Sara. He is survived by his wife, Kathleen; his children Michael Wolsh (Carole) and Tresa Zumsteg (Stephan); brother Clark Canon (Beverly); stepchildren Michael Revers (Darlene), Sherry Henderson, Aaron Revers, Jeffrey Revers; grandchildren Steve, Zachary (Amy), Justin, Michael (Rashmi), Crystal, Casey, Rachelle, Kathy, and Joey; great-grandchildren, Mason, Nora, Caden, Wyatt, Dawson, and Arya. Stephen proudly served in the United States Navy where he learned his love of boating. He worked as a mechanic for many years and then he and a partner started a successful asphalt paving company. He loved restoring cars and loved sharing his passion, and the cars, with his family. Most of all, he loved being a Grandpa.
