Stephanie L. June, of Westland, passed away August 10, 2023. Loving mother of Joseph. Beloved daughter of the late Daniel and the late Patricia June. Loving sister of Lillian (Patricia), and the late Michael (the late Cathy) June. Cherished aunt of Bradley (Alanna) and Zachary. Dear friend of Paula, Jimmy and many others.

Steph had a heart of gold and did whatever she could to help those in need, even when she was in need herself as a single mother. Steph showed up. She was always trying and never ever gave up. Her son Joey was her world and her inspiration for keeping one foot in front of the other, no matter what her struggle was, she figured it out. She was a fighter, a wonderful mother and had a spirit and a smile that wouldn’t quit, even through her own tears and worries sometimes.

Visitation will be held at The Martenson Family of Funeral Homes, Ridge Chapel, 2272 West Jefferson, Trenton, Michigan 48183 on Thursday August 17, 2023 from 2:00 pm until 9:00 pm. A rosary will begin at 5:00 pm. Visitation will continue on Friday, August 18, 2023 at St. Linus Catholic Church, in Dearborn Heights, from 9:30 AM until mass begins at 10:30 AM.
