Sid was born on December 19, 1934 in Detroit, Michigan and passed away on November 7, 2023 at his home in Dearborn; he was surrounded by his family. Beloved husband of 68 years to Shirley; they were together for 74 years. Loving dad of Karen (the late Miguel) Guel, Jerry Cox (Marise O’Connell) and Elaine (Brian) Fleming. Proud grandpa “Pops” of Jennifer, Philip, Jeremy, Susan (George), Daniel and Sarah (Mike). Great Pa of Mackenzie. He will be missed by his cat, Charlie. Sid proudly served his Country in the United States Army and the National Guard; he was employed with the Army Corps of Engineers. He enjoyed working with electronics and wood working. Sid had a great sense of humor that will be deeply missed. Memorial contributions may be made as the donor chooses.
