Shelly D. Martin

Shelly D. Martin of Taylor was born on May 17, 1969 in Farmington, Michigan and died on February 12, 2016 at the age of 46. Beloved wife of Bruce. Loving mom of Ashton Yates, Bailey Geftos, Carson Martin and Dalyla Martin. Proud grandma of Tessa Nelson. Cherished daughter of David and Walda Yates. Dearest sister of Dawn (Tim) Parsons and Patricia Tis. Also survived by other loving family and friends. Shelly was a graduate of Kennedy High School and worked as a hair stylist. Visitation will be on Friday, February 19, 2016 from 3 – 8 pm at The Allen Park Chapel of The Martenson Family of Funeral Homes, 10915 Allen Rd. (Corner of Goddard), Allen Park. Memorial contributions to honor her memory may be made to the family.
