Sharon Berryhill

Sharon Berryhill, of Taylor, Michigan, passed away on Sunday, March 23, 2025, at the age of 61. She was the beloved daughter of Angeline Golembiewski and the late Leonard Golembiewski. Sharon was a devoted mother to Jessica (Ryan)Truesdell, Kevin Berryhill, and Kyle (Ruby) Berryhill. She was a loving and proud grandmother to Xavier, Ivan, and Olivia, who brought her immense joy.

Sharon is also survived by her siblings, Stephen Golembiewski, Kathy (Jim) Hamilton, and Patty Golembiewski, as well as her nieces, Tiffany and Katy. She was preceded in death by her father, Leonard Golembiewski, and her nephew, James Hamilton.

Sharon was a creative and artistic soul with many passions. She found peace and inspiration in reading, music, and rock hunting along Michigan’s shorelines. An avid quilter, she shared her love for the craft by teaching quilting classes at the local library and senior center.

She also had a deep appreciation for history and storytelling, which made her work at The Henry Ford/Greenfield Village especially meaningful. She loved meeting people from all over the world and sharing their experiences. Sharon was a collector of costume jewelry and had a keen interest in herbal remedies. A true caretaker at heart, she was always ready to lend a helping hand and offer comfort to those in need.

Sharon’s kindness, creativity, and generous spirit touched many lives. She will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Sharon’s legacy of love and warmth will live on in the hearts of those who knew her.

Visitation will take place on Sunday, March 30th from 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM at The Allen Park Chapel Martenson Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held at 4:00 PM.
