Scottie Lynn Brantley Sr.

Scottie Lynn Brantley Sr., age 52 of Monroe, passed away Friday, September 3 , 2021 at his home. Born March 3, 1969, Scottie was the son of Arlie and Shirley (Cook) Brantley Jr. He married the love of his life, Amy Pridemore, August 12, 1989. Scottie worked as a Supervisor at National Galvanizing for over 20 years. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and camping, but his most treasured times were those spent with his family. Scottie leaves to cherish his memory, Amy, his wife of the past 32 years; children: Ashley Brantley, Jodi Brantley and Scottie Brantley Jr.; grandchildren: Aurora Brantley and Scottie Brantley III; siblings: Helen Casto, Donna (Terry) Schehr, Tim Brantley, Fran (Bob) Byrd, Mitchell (Bryan) Brantley, Shelly (Pete) Love and Chet (Christy) Lafayette; his father-in-law and mother-in law Chet (Wanda) Pridemore as well as his brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law Kim Braden, Jeremy Pridemore and Chad (Renee) Pridemore. Sadly he was preceded in death by his parents.
