Sarkis Thomas Atanosian

Atanosian, Sarkis Thomas; age 93 of Allen Park. Born January 12, 1922 in East St. Louis, Illinois and died February 28, 2015 at Rivergate Health Care in Riverview. Beloved husband of 66 years to Nora. Loving dad of John (Pamela) and George (Margaret "Karen"). Proud grandpa of Rachel Atanosian, John, Carey (Greg) Goodall and Sarah Atanosian. Great grandpa of Addyson Goodall and Camryn Goodall. Also survived by other loving family and friends. Preceded in death by his parents Krikor and Nazik; one brother Mike and one sister Mary Atanosian. Sarkis was a very generous man who loved his family; he served his country during World War II in the United States Army. He was very athletic and enjoyed jogging, biking and worked hard to maintain his health and lead a very active life.
