Sandra Lee Karp

Sandra was born on April 11, 1949 in Detroit, Michigan and died at her home in Woodhaven on January 12, 2016 at the age of 66. Beloved wife of the late Nick. Loving mom of Arthur, III (Bonnie), Marci Karp and Jeff (Erin Hoekzema). Proud grandma of Madison Lee, Brooke, Nicholas and Lily. Dearest sister of Mary, Irene, Susan, John, Henry, the late Sam and Michael. Also survived by her cousin and best friend Darlene Lemke as well as other loving family and friends. She will be missed by her dogs Blackjack and Norman. Sandra loved playing cards and was very good at it, was an avid reader and enjoyed watching movies. She will be remembered by her love for being by the water at the cottage watching the loons and reading a good book. She loved flowers and the family encourages donors to consider plants and flowers.
