Ryan Timothy Ograyensek

Ryan Timothy Ograyensek, of Taylor, passed away peacefully on January 3rd, 2022, surrounded by family, after a long battle with COVID pneumonia. He was born May 13th, 1980, in Dearborn, Michigan to Timothy and Claudia Ograyensek. Eight years later, he became the proud big brother to Meaghan (Chris) Ograyensek. Loving husband of his high school sweetheart Stacy, married for 13 wonderful years, together for 25. Cherished grandson of Rosalie Saye, the late Jimmie Saye, the late James H. Williams, the late Jennie Decker, and the late Charles Ograyensek. Dear nephew of Jim Williams, Carol Mullins, Kenneth Williams, and Robin McLeod. Beloved cousin of Jason McLeod, Elizabeth (Shaun) Abshire, Jacob (Melissa) McLeod, Kenna (Nick) and Colson Scherret, and Klayton Williams. Ryan had a big heart, and an even bigger personality, able to make friends wherever he went, and always making those around him laugh. He graduated from Light and Life Christian School of Taylor in 1998, then attended Henry Ford College in Dearborn and obtained his associates degree. He then transferred to Kettering University to pursue furthering his degree in the engineering field. He was highly intelligent, allowing him to go far in his goals. From a young age, Ryan had an entrepreneurial spirit, always working on a new business venture. This drive led to his most recent accomplishment and one he was most proud of, owning and growing an award-winning business from the ground up. ROC Senior Solutions gave him the platform to help others, and his clients and colleagues alike will miss him greatly. Ryan enjoyed traveling, and a goal of his was to travel to all 50 states, crossing several off his list before his passing. He and Stacy traveled frequently, enjoying each other’s company on everything from cruises to road trips together. Ryan was ever ready for an adventure, having swam with sea lions and belugas, held chimps and tiger cubs, and even stood inside a shark cage. While they were away, Ryan knew their rescued rabbit Wilbur would hold things down, since he always considered himself the boss anyway. Recently, Ryan purchased a top line Expedition Platinum Max, a dream car, which he proudly drove around town. When he wasn’t working, Ryan was an avid collector – of comic books, movies, collectibles, coins, and even side businesses. He loved gaming, especially those that involved critical thinking and solving puzzles. His inquisitive nature and intelligence kept him learning throughout his life, always wanting to know the why. While we may never understand the why in losing him while he had so much life left to live, Ryan will be deeply missed by his family, friends, associates, and all those who knew him. Due to COVID, the family asks that everyone attending visitation wears a mask, practices social distancing, and checks before contact. The family would also like to express their understanding if you are not comfortable attending a gathering at this time
