Ruth Wetherell

Ruth Wetherell, of Brownstown, passed away January 22, 2023. Loving wife of the late Richard Wetherell. Dear mother of Marilyn (Buster) Young, of Flat Rock, Edward (Betty) Wetherell, of Stockbridge, and James (Becky) Wetherell, of Baldwin. Cherished grandmother of Terry (Cheryl) Wetherell, Ronnie (Rita) Wetherell, Lisa (Gary) Laura, Jennifer Young, Jason (Chanae) Young and Jay (Amy) Wetherell. Proud great grandmother of 12 and great great grandmother to one beautiful granddaughter. She is preceded in death by her siblings, Fannie Manick, William Mexicotte, Julia Radocich, and Grace Cooper. She is survived by many nieces, nephews and other loving family members.

Ruth enjoyed bowling, golfing and playing Bingo.

Visitation will take place at The Martenson Family of Funeral Homes – Ridge Chapel, on Thursday January 26, 2023 from 1:00 – 7:00 pm. A funeral service will begin at 6:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the donor’s choice of charities.
