Roy Junior Fisher

Roy Junior Fisher was born on January 5, 1951 in Wyandotte, Michigan and died on January 5, 2023 at the age of 72; he was of Milford. Cherished husband of 53 years to Elaine. Beloved dad of Michaela (Nick) Rutty, Jeffrey (Dee) Fisher and Christopher (Amanda) Fisher. Proud grandpa of Hailie, Amber, London, Josh, Brant, Jax, Maxwell, Emerson and Maverick. Dearest brother of the late John Fisher and the late Dennis Fisher. In addition to his brothers, he was preceded in death by his parents Roy and Helen Fisher. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, other loving family and friends; he will be missed by his cat, Lacey. Roy’s family was his love in life; he retired from Chrysler after 32 years of service and was a member brother of Local 1700. He was active with the Highland Twp. Senior Citizen Center, loved the Detroit Red Wings and Detroit Tigers. Visitation will be on Wednesday, January 11, 2023 from 3 pm – 8 pm at The Allen Park Chapel of The Martenson Family of Funeral Homes, 10915 Allen Rd (Corner of Goddard), Allen Park. The funeral service is on Thursday, January 12, 2023 11 am at the funeral home; Chaplin Frederick R. Cislo, Jr. will officiate. Interment will be at Christian Memorial Gardens West in Rochester Hills, MI on Thursday, January 12, 2023 at 3 pm. Memorial contributions to honor Roy’s life may be made as the donor chooses.
