Rose Bono

Rose Bono, age 98, passed away peacefully on July 1, 2022 at her residence in Woodhaven, MI. She was the beloved wife of the late Mariano “Mike” Bono, of 63 years. Sadly, she was preceded in death by her son, Michael Bono; her siblings Antionette, Bustiano, Frank, and Bill. She is survived by her siblings Joe (Bev) and Vincent (Carol). Rose was the loving mother of Vincent (Elaine) Bono and Mary (Frank) Kardos; the beloved grandmother of 7; the cherished great-grandmother of 19; and the special great-great-grandmother of 1. She was also loved by many nieces, nephews, and friends. Services for Rose will take place on Tuesday July 5, 2022 at St. Joseph Catholic Church located in Trenton, MI. The instate period will begin at 10:00 AM and the Mass of Resurrection will begin at 11:00 AM. Following Mass, interment will take place at Our Lady of Hope Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital or St. Joseph's Parish in Trenton, MI.
