Okon, Ronald. Age 74 of Woodhaven. Loving brother of Donald (Jan) Okon. Cherished uncle and godfather of Cindy Shover and Dan (Linda) Okon. Caring great-uncle of Robert, Aaron, Autumn, and Charlie. Ronald was preceded in death by his parents William and Helen Okon. He will be deeply missed by many loving family and friends. Visitation will take place on Friday, September 10, 2021 from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the Allen Park Chapel of The Martenson Family of Funeral Homes located at 10915 Allen Rd (Corner of Goddard). A scripture service will be held that evening at 7:15 p.m. A Mass of Resurrection is scheduled for Saturday, September 11, 2021 at St. Frances Cabrini Church located at 9000 Laurence Ave., Allen Park, MI 48101. In State 9:30 a.m. Mass at 10:00 a.m. Interment will take place Monday, September 13, 2021 at 1:30 p.m. at St. Hedwig Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Capuchin Soup Kitchen or St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital in Ronald's honor.
