Born in Arnold Virginia, Jack was the son of Ernest and Juanita (Tibbs) Ramey. Jack leaves to cherish his memory his children: Robert (Theresa) Ramey and Lisa Smith; grandchildren: Seth Smith, Brandon Ramey, Eva Ramey and Blake Ramey; as well as his siblings: Mary Anderson, Violet (Greg) Fuciarelli, Nancy Frady, Barry (Kathy) Ramey and Sherry Bences.
