Robert James Cousino

Robert James Cousino, age 73 of Flat Rock, passed away Monday, December 14, 2020 at Beaumont Trenton Hospital. Born February 8, 1947 in Monroe, Robert was the son of Stanley and Vivian (Bishop) Cousino. He married the love of his life, Jill Shinavier, in August of 1967. Robert worked as a tool maker for Chrysler for over 33 years, retiring in 1998. He was a Life Member of the Lincoln Bowman Archery Club, was the Past Exalted Ruler of the Flat Rock Elks and he enjoyed collecting coins, but his most treasured times were those spent with his family. Robert leaves to cherish his memory, Jill, his wife of the past 53 years; his mother Vivian Cousino; children: Kim (Jack) Hosmer, Andrea Stevens, Jennifer (Shawn) Parker and Rob (Nikki) Cousino; as well as seven grandchildren and five siblings: Mary (Russell) Roberts, Gene (Robin) Cousino, Linda (Gary) Campbell, Betty Pfeiffer and Joe Cousino. Sadly he was preceded in death by his father and five siblings.
