Robert Dionne

Dionne, Robert. Age 85 of Allen Park. February 10, 2015. Beloved husband of Dolores for 63 years. Brother of Lester, Rosalie and Rosemarie. Survived also by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and great great nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by parents Gordon and Helen Dionne, 4 siblings; Francis, Marion, May and Louis, and In-laws; Stanley and Rose Bobola. He served in the Marine Corp during the Korean War and retired from Ford Motor Co. after 40.5 yrs. Robert also ushered for over 40 yrs. After retirement he worked as a security guard and also umpired baseball. Robert will lie in state Friday from 11:30am until the funeral Mass at 12 noon at St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church, Allen Park. Mausoleum Entombment at Our Lady of Hope cemetery. The family requests no flowers and prefer donations to St. Frances Cabrini Ushers Club, Penrickton Center for Blind Children or The Disabled American Veterans.
