Dearest grandpa of Andrew Baker. Brother of Phyllis (the late Robert) Sirls, Patricia (Ken) Veira and Michael (Carol) Jackson. "Father" to Jean (Chris) Neff. "Grandfather" to Joe and Kristen. Also survived by many other loving family and friends. Richard was a long time member of The First Baptist Church of Lincoln Park and a retiree of Ford Motor Company.
