Richard Charles Nemeth Sr.

March 30, 1949 – January 8, 2023

Born in Delray, Richard was the son of Charles and Lydia (Varga) Nemeth. Married to the love of his life, Phyllis Alley, May 17, 1969. Survived by son Jason Nemeth (Jennifer K. Nemeth) and brothers-in-law’s Ronald (Carol) Alley, Gary Alley and the late Icie Marie Alley.

Loving Papa to Cherie (Derek) Peltz, of Vail, Arizona, Jacob Nemeth, Bradley Nemeth and Victoria Nemeth. Great Grandpa to Aiden and Landon Peltz.

Richard loved watching his granddaughters cheerleading and figure skating, and grandson’s hockey, football and baseball games.

Sadly, Richard was preceded in death by his son Richard Nemeth II, grandson Richard Nemeth III, parents, Charles and Lydia and sister Barbara (John) Felder.

Memorial contributions can be made in memory of Richard to Hospice of Michigan, 2366 Oak Valley Drive, Ann Arbor, Michigan 48103.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
