Born in Detroit, Richard was the son of Lawrence and Mary (Snyder) Garrison. Richard leaves to cherish his memory a brother Thomas Garrison as well as many niece and nephews. Sadly he was preceded in death by his parents and a brother Lawrence Garrison Jr.
