Rev. Edward John Sheedy

Rev. Edward John Sheedy of Buffalo, New York passed away on Friday, March 7, 2025 at the age of 78. Beloved son of the late Francis and Rita Sheedy. Cherished brother of the late Judith Roberts, Claudia (the late Kenneth) Buchanan, Linda Sheedy, Robert Sheedy, Joseph Sheedy, and Luanne (Gerald) Spillane. Proud uncle and great-uncle of many loving nieces and nephews. Rev. Sheedy was a retired priest from the Diocese of Buffalo, New York and his spirit lives on through his endless education efforts and priestly vocations. He will be deeply missed by his surviving family and friends.

Funeral arrangements are private and have been entrusted to the Trenton Chapel of The Martenson Family of Funeral Homes located at 3200 West Road, 48183. Rev. Sheedy will be interred at Our Lady of Hope Cemetery in Brownstown Twp., Michigan.
