Beloved wife of the late Roy. Loving mom of Annette Hoenicke, the late Roy Hood and Sandy Venier. Proud momo of Melanie (Andy), Roy, Nicholas and William and great momo of Layla, Tyler and Blake. Dearest sister of Chuck (Sue), Terry (Dave), Jim (Gerry) and Marie (Rusty). Also survived by other loving family and friends. Preceded in death by her parents Henry and Cleda Yount, two brothers Denny and Joe and one sister Barb. Visitation is on Thursday, December 19, 2019 from 3 – 8 pm at The Ridge Chapel of The Martenson Family of Funeral Homes, 2272 West Jefferson, Trenton, MI 48183. Memorial contributions to honor Retha’s life may be made as the donor chooses.
