Beloved husband of 58 years to Mary "Marty" who he married on August 25, 1956 at Our Lady of the Angels Catholic Church in Taylor. Loving dad of Tim (Dianne Skowron), Carol (Keith) Hornick, Patrick and Art (Aimee). Proud grandpa of Chris, Jensen, Brett, Andrew, Vetaly and Kadie. Dearest brother of Jerry and Clariece (Bob) McGee. Also survived by other loving family and friends. Preceded in death by his parents Clarence and Helen ( nee: Holewinski), one brother Tom and one sister Carol Ann. Raymond attended Our Lady of the Assumption School in Canada, graduated from Mackenzie High School and attended Lawrence Technological University; he proudly served his Country in the United States Army and was retired from Aetna Insurance. He was a former officer and life-long member of the Father Saylor Knights of Columbus in Allen Park and a district committee person for the Boy Scouts of America who was a recipient of the Silver Beaver Award. He participated in black powder shooting and was a great supporter of his grandchildren, attending their various sporting events.
