Ralph Rocker

Ralph Rocker, age 72 of Monroe, passed away January 27, 2018 at ProMedica Monroe Regional Hospital. Born March 30, 1945 in Jackson, Alabama, Ralph was the son of Wesley and Gertrude (Lewis) Rocker. At one time he was married to Anita Allen. Ralph very much enjoyed spending time with his family, especially going to his grandchildren's sporting events. Ralph is survived by his children: Ralph (Laurie) Rocker Jr. of North Carolina, Terry Rocker of Texas, Nathan (Karen) Rocker of Georgia, Sylvia Rocker of Georgia, Alaina Robertson of Monroe, Terry Hightower of Texas and Reginald Allen of Georgia; siblings: Peter (Reola) Rocker of Jackson, Alabama, John (Annie) Rocker of Romulus, Eva Riley of Detroit, Robert (Mary) Rocker of Jackson, Alabama, Eugene (Eleanor) Rocker of Toledo, Noah (Marlene) Rocker of Jackson, Alabama and Gloria (Earl) Martin of Jackson, Alabama; as well as numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. Sadly he was preceded in death by his parents and four siblings: Bernice Hayes, Hedy Johnson, Ollie Freelon and Frank Rocker. A celebration of Ralph's life will be Saturday. Friends may call from 12 noon until funeral services at 1:00 pm at the Allore Chapel-Martenson Family of Funeral Homes, 203 E. Elm Ave. Pastor Allen C.
