Stewart, Ralph R. Age 73 of Taylor. Born June 16, 11941 in Wyandotte, MI and went home to be with the Lord on May 22, 2015. Beloved Husband of 54 years to Ponnie. Loving Dad of Debbie (Greg) Gitter and Donna (Carl) Williams. Proud Gaga to Ryan (Alli) Williams, Andrew (Ashley) Williams, Amber (Josh) Griffith and Abbie Gitter. Great grandpa of Kaiden, Norah, Kendall, Cash, Harper, Rock and Eli. Dearest brother of Luke (the late Jackie) Stewart and Ruth (Ed) Glodfelty. Also survived by other loving family and friends. Preceded in death by his parents Walter and Rosa (nee: Bledsoe) Stewart; two brothers and three sisters. Ralph proudly served his Country in the United States Marine Corp. His family was his love in life and he enjoyed spending time with them. He was a long-time member of New Hope Assembly of God in Taylor and currently a member of New Heights Community Church in Southgate. He was an avid vegetable gardener and sports fan. Visitation Monday, May 25, 2015 from 3 pm - 8 pm and Tuesday, May 26, 2015 11 am - 12 pm at The Allen Park Chapel of The Martenson Family of Funeral Homes, 10915 Allen Rd. (Corner of Goddard), Allen Park. Funeral service Tuesday, May 26, 2015 at 12 pm at the funeral home. Interment Wednesday, May 27, 2015 at 10:30 am at Great Lakes National Cemetery in Holly, MI.
