Phyllis Ann Mckenzie

Born in Wyandotte, Phyllis was the daughter of Earl and Vera Pannell. She married the love of her life, Joseph McKenzie, February 22, 1980. A dedicated homemaker, Phyllis also worked in the Nurse Recruiting Profession, most recently with Oakwood Hospital in Dearborn, retiring in 2013. Phyllis leaves to cherish her memory, Joseph, her husband of the past 35 years; a daughter Tasha Morin; grandson Bradley Morin; her mother Vera Pannell; sisters: Judy (Steve) Danish, and Barb (Jim) Collins; as well as nieces and nephews: Nick Danish, Kris Collins, Kevin Collins and Katie Sharlow. Sadly she was preceded in death by her father. Those wishing to make a memorial contribution are asked to consider "Team Hope" of the Downriver Relay for Life-American Cancer Society.
