She had worked as a Riveter; a Cashier at Meijer; a Painter with the Fruehauf Company; managed the Stoney Creek Convenience Store in Ypsilanti and most recently a Laundry Aide at the Evangelical Home in Saline. She was a faithful member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Maybee and the St. Vincent DePaul Society as well as having been a longtime Community Leader for 4-H.
