Patricia "Patty" Makarewicz

Patricia "Patty" Makarewicz was born on November 18, 1947 and passed away on April 28, 2023 at the age of 75. She was a native resident of Lincoln Park until 1999, when she and her husband moved to Taylor. Patty enjoyed reading, shopping, and playing board and card games. Above all else, she loved her grandchildren and spending time with them.

Patty is survived by her devoted husband of 55 years, Alexander; her loving children: Jacqui (David) Siddall, Jerry (Melissa) Makarewicz, and Jill Makarewicz; her cherished grandchildren: Chase (Rachel) Siddall, Brendan Siddall, and Dylan Makarewicz; as well as her dear siblings Maureen Branham, Joseph Dolan, Timothy Dolan, and Sheila Dolan. Also survived by her lifelong California sister Judy Trebilcock.

She is preceded in death by her parents: Patrick and Elizabeth Dolan; and her siblings: Mary Lynn Miller, Janet Ferraiuolo, Nancy Dolan, and Michael Dolan.

A memorial gathering will be held on May 2nd, 2023 from 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM at the Allen Park Chapel of the Martenson Family of Funeral Homes. A memorial service will take place at 3:00 PM on the same day and at the same location.
