Patricia (Pat) Bader

Patricia (Pat) Bader, age 97 of the Downriver area, passed away May 24th, 2022. Patricia was born January 14th, 1925 in Queensland, Australia to the late Thomas J. and Margaret B. McGuire. She later would meet her soon to be husband, the late Frederick Bader, while he was stationed in Australia. After moving to and also gaining citizenship in the United States, they would have two children together Gregory Bader and Debra Horvath. She was the proud grandmother of Greg (Maricela) Bader Jr., Derek (Daniela) Horvath, Nick Bader, and Natalie Horvath. Great grandmother of Desarie, Alexander, and Leonardo. Patricia spent many years as the executive secretary for the president of Security Bank.
