Patricia Ellen Doliber

Patricia Ellen Doliber, age 72, passed away on June 7, 2022. She was the beloved wife of Richard Holland Doliber of 42 years; the loving mother of the late Geneva Springall, Dairrai Doliber (Alan Gieche), and Dawn Doliber (Norman Tworek); cherished grandmother of Justin (Angelo) Zuniga, Trisha Frericks (Jeff Valeck), Angelo Valderas, and Julian Valderas; and the loving great-grandmother to Cody Valeck and Emma Valeck. She is also survived by her brother Chris (Tina) Sykes and her sister Tamera Leinonen. Patricia is preceded in death by her parents Benjamin and Patricia Sykes, her brother Robert Sykes, and her daughter Geneva Springall. More than anything, Patricia loved being a mother and was loved by her family. Her devotion to her children was absolute. All she ever wanted to be was the best parent to her daughters and she felt tremendous pride in their many accomplishments. Patricia had a caring heart, tremendous empathy, and an outrageously unique sense of humor. Whether it was her way with words, acting out characters, or just telling stories about the old days, she just wanted to see others smile. Her caring nature also extended to animals. She loved little "critters" including fat ones, ones with wrinkles, and the ones with smooshed faces. All it took was one look for her to decide she wanted to "nelson" (hug) them. In addition to her kind and loving nature, Patricia had a brilliant mind. She excelled in creative and artistic pursuits including, but not limited to, being a piano prodigy.
