Patricia Anne (Toth) Hovorka

Patricia Anne "Patti" Hovorka (August 6, 1931 – February 9, 2017) Patti was born to Raymond and Irene Courtney in Youngstown, Ohio. As an only child, she always wished for a big family. She leaves behind just that: Five children: Jan (Cliff), Jim (Laura), Bob (Conni), Tom (Sheryl), and Kathleen (Craig); two step-children: Nancy (Mike), and Linda; 19 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren; every one of whom is left behind with her pride and love. She is predeceased by Robert Toth Sr., her husband of 19 years and father of her five children, and Joseph Hovorka, her husband of 23 years and her partner in adventure. Patti loved to dance, travel, and garden. She said that if she didn't laugh, she'd cry, and she'd rather laugh. So for her we will laugh, we will wear bright colors, and we will toast to her incredible spirit. Because every person she touched was affected by her, and she will be remembered with celebration, love, and vibrance. To our mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother: May the road rise up to meet you; May the wind be always at your back. May the sun shine warm upon your face; the rains fall soft upon your fields and until we meet again, may God hold you in the palm of His hand. Contributions in memory of Patricia's life may be made to the charity of your choice.
