Norman was born on May 29, 1932 in Detroit, Michigan to Herminegilde and Albertine (nee: Villeneuve) and died on January 4, 2018 at the Mortenview Manor in Taylor at the age of 85; he was of Royal Oak. Beloved husband of the late Shirley. Dearest step-father of Carole (the late John) Slupek, Shirleen Moore and Clifford Moore. Cherished grandfather of Toni Black, Nick (Michelle) Amato and Doni (Jeff) Polenz. Also survived by his great and great-great grandchildren, one sister Lucille Dalian, his nieces, nephews, other loving family and friends. Norman proudly served His Country in the United States Army; he loved to go skiing, walking and dancing. Visitation is on Tuesday, January 9, 2018 from 3 – 8 pm at The Allen Park Chapel of The Martenson Family of Funeral Homes, 10915 Allen Rd. (Corner of Goddard), Allen Park. The funeral service is on Wednesday, January 10, 2018 at 12 noon at the funeral home. Entombment is at Michigan Memorial Park Cemetery in Huron Twp. Memorial contributions to honor Norman's life may be made as the donor chooses.
