Nancy M. Montie

Born in Wyandotte, Nancy was the daughter of Joseph & Mary (Kuthcher) Krach. She married the love of her life, Robert B. Montie, on January 7, 1956. Sadly he preceded her in death November 18, 2013. A dedicated homemaker, Nancy once was active with the Riverview Moose and she loved to sing Karaoke, oil paint, wedding cake decorator, and hairdresser. Nancy leaves to cherish her memory her children: Malorie Crawford of Sault St. Marie, Robert (Kathleen) Montie of Gibraltar, Terry (Carol) Montie of Sault St. Marie and Monica Montie of Gibraltar; five grandchildren: Nathan (Ali) Smith, Kelly Smith, Jennifer Montie, Jessica Montie, Justin Whitney; three great grandchildren; Ezra Smith, Evan Smith and Ewyn Smith.as well as three brothers: Joseph (Rosemarie) Krach of Trenton, Albert (Sandra) Krach of Carleton and David (Linda) Krach of San Diego, California. In addition to her husband and parents, Nancy was preceded in death by two sisters: her twin Joann Krach and Betsy Johnson. Memorial contributions in Nancy's honor may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or the American Diabetes Association.
