Nancy was born on June 15, 1948 in Wyandotte, Michigan and died on September 2, 2022 at Henry Ford Wyandotte Hospital at the age of 74; she was of Riverview. Beloved wife of the late Michael C. Hershey. Cherished mother of Joshua Hershey (Sheri Dudek-Hershey) and Lori (Benny) Marshall. Proud nana of Tyler Mexicotte and Cody Dudek. Also survived by other loving family and friends. Preceded in death by her parents Robert and Bernadette (Rose) King and two brothers, Mark King and Duane King. Nancy’s love in life was her family; she enjoyed watching her son play hockey and working at the hair salon with her daughter. She also loved cats and ice cream. Visitation is on Wednesday, September 7, 2022 from 3 pm to 9 pm with a Vigil Service at 6 pm both at The Trenton Chapel of The Martenson Family of Funeral Homes, 3200 West Rd., Trenton. Nancy will lie in state at St. Cyprian Catholic Church on Thursday, September 8, 2022 from 9:30 am until the time of the Funeral Liturgy which will begin at 10 am. There will be a luncheon immediately following the Funeral Liturgy. Memorial contributions to honor her life may be made as the donor chooses.
