Ms. Elizabeth 'Beti' Dominski

Dominski, Elizabeth J. "Beti", July 24, 1956-January 16, 2014. Beti passed peacefully surrounded by love. She was the devoted partner of Alicia "Lee" Ortez; dedicated and loving daughter of the late Thomas and Regina Dominski, amazingly joyful and loyal sister of the late Claudia (Gene) Bryant; David (Elizabeth); Tom (Suzan); Kathy (Jerry) LeBoeuf and Sue (Norm) Tamer. She inspired and constantly entertained her beloved 13 nieces and nephews: Jenny, Carrie, Michael, Sarah, Rachel, Rebecca, Matthew, Joe, Jamie, Kelly, Kristie, Kate and Kevin, and created the "Castle of Fun" in her home for her 14 grand nieces and nephews. She was an author of "Silly Stories," a songwriter for family and friends, an entrepreneur, and inventor of the most surprising games. She had a very special place in her heart for the animals she so dearly loved. She brought sunshine and a smile wherever she went and truly believed that to love another person was to see the face of God. She was the most passionate person in our lives… and funny, too! She was an amazing human being, who lived her life well. After a courageous battle with lymphoma, she rests, leaving her legacy of joy and love to all who knew her. A Funeral Mass will be held Friday January 24th 10am, at St. Francis D'assisi Church, 4500 Wesson St., Detroit, MI 48210. The family will receive friends at the church hall immediately following services for a reception.
