Ms Donna J. Koths

Donna J. Koths, age 82, of Monroe, MI, passed away Thursday afternoon March 6, 2014 at Medilodge of Monroe, she had been in declining health. Donna was born June 14, 1931 in Wyandotte, MI to John and Carrie (Vroman) Bredeken; she graduated from Roosevelt High School in 1948 and then graduated from Michigan State University where she received her license as a Licensed Practical Nurse. Donna married Karl F. Koths on July 28, 1949 in Dearborn, MI; he preceded her in death on March 21, 2008. Donna was once employed at Frenchtown Convalescent Home and Fountainview of Monroe; she was an avid reader and was a member of MCCC Book Club. Donna is survived by children, David of Florida and Laura (Robert) Atkins of Monroe; grandchildren, Robert, Mitchell, Kody and Paige; she was also preceded in death by her parents and siblings, Earl and Robert Bredeken. In keeping with Donna's wishes there was no visitation or services; interment was a Roselawn Memorial Park LaSalle, MI.
