Dearest grandmother of Andrew (Becky), Tyler, Tiffany, Eric, Natasha and Brittany. Great grandmother of Andrew and Waylan. Also survived by 4 brothers Jack, Raleigh, Mark and Clark and 4 sisters Geneva, Keta, Molly and Midge as well as other loving family and friends. Preceded in death by her parents Ira and Allie Amburgey; 2 brothers J.B. and JR. and 1 sister Irene. Memorial contributions to honor Phyllis' memory to the family are preferred.
