Mrs. Martha Kay Vanriper

VanRiper, Martha 'Kay' (Faenger). November 7, 1936 – February 27, 2015. Beloved mother of Kimberly Mobley (Gordon) and Amelia Linenfelser (Jeffrey) and sister of Valerie Marler and Jennifer Faenger. She was preceeded in death by her loving husband, Neil VanRiper, her parents Margaret and Percy Faenger, and her brothers Jon and Joe Faenger. She was the most beloved Nonnie to Ian, Emily and Jack Mobley and Leah and Grace Linenfelser. Born near St. Louis Missouri, Kay was a long-time resident of Trenton, Michigan. Kay was charitable, had a passion for interior decorating, adored her grandchildren and a had fondness for cats, in particular her beloved CoCo. In keeping with her wishes, please join us for a celebration of her life at Grosse Ile Golf and Country Club, 9339 Bellevue Road, Grosse Ile, Michigan on March 28 11:00 – 1:00. She will be buried at Arlington Cemetery in Washington D.C. along with her beloved husband, Neil VanRiper.
