Dear mother of Brian (Erica), Teena (Neil) Sawicki, and the late Richard Kubiak. Proud grandmother of Jordan, Carson, Joseph, Christopher, and Caitlin. Madeline is also survived by her sisters Connie, Carol, Pat, and Donna
