Mrs. Julia Lillian Tibbs

Julia Lillian Tibbs, age 84 of Grosse Ile, passed away peacefully November 14, 2015. Loving wife of Emery. Dear mother of the late Marc Farrand, Cheryl (Robert) Vance, Lisa Bennett, Cynthia (Daniel) Dusik, Monica (Randy) Summers, Edward, and Mitchum (Diane). Proud grandmother of 12 and great grandmother of 8. Julia is also survived by her sister Lottie Wydick and brother Charles Chessor.
